Sovelluksen nimetyt käyttäjät, jos sovelluksen käyttöoikeus on käyttäjäkohtainen. 

Tuotantokäytössä olevien yrityskantojen määrä, jotka käyttävät sovellusta, jos sovelluksen käyttöoikeus on yrityskantakohtainen. 

The designated users of the application if the right of use of the application is per user.
The number of company databases in production use using the application if the right of use of the application is per company database.

Tilauksen alkaminen/Order start date

Tilauspäivän mukaisen kalenterikuukauden ensimmäinen päivä.

The first day of the calendar month according the order date.

Tilausjakso/Order period

Ensimmäinen tilausjakso on tilausta seuraavan kalenterivuoden loppuun, jonka jälkeen tilaus uusiutuu kalenterivuodeksi kerrallaan.

The first order period is to the end of the calendar year following the order, after which the order is renewed for a calendar year at a time. 

Laskutus/Invoicing

Laskutusjakso on kalenterivuosineljännes. Käyttöoikeudet laskutetaan kalenterivuosineljänneksittäin kunkin laskutusjakson ensimmäisenä päivänä. Kesken kalenterivuosineljänneksen tilatut käyttöoikeudet veloitetaan tilauspäivästä kuluvan kalenterivuosineljänneksen loppuun.

The invoicing period is a calendar quarter. The rights of use are invoiced quarterly on the first day of each invoicing period. New rights of use added mid-calendar quarter are charged from the order date to the end of the ongoing calendar quarter.

Irtisanominen/Termination

120 päivää ennen kuluvan tilausjakson päättymistä joko kaikkien tai yksittäisten käyttäjien osalta. Jos asiakas irtisanoo tilauksen, ei asiakas voi enää käyttää palvelua.

120 days before the end of the ongoing order period for either the whole order or for individual users. If the customer terminates the order, the customer cannot use the service anymore.
