Order terms: SAP Business One Cloud Licenses

The SAP B1 Cloud License entitles the Subscriber to access the SAP Business One software either directly through the SAP Business One interface or indirectly through a third party application in accordance with the type of user specified in the order and the terms and restrictions of that license for as long as the customer's SAP B1 Cloud License subscription is valid and the customer's SAP B1 environment is managed by an SAP B1 partner. The SAP B1 Cloud License does not transfer ownership of the license to the customer. Unsubscribing means that the customer can no longer use SAP Business One for that type of user. For clarity, terminating an individual SAP B1 Cloud License subscription does not terminate access to other SAP B1 Cloud Licenses ordered by customer.

The SAP B1 Cloud License entitles you to indirect support from SAP for SAP B1 software.
